Another Lollapalooza is in the books and for this month's playlist I'm highlighting some of my favorite artists I saw at this year's festival. Needless to say Paul McCartney was nothing short of incredible. I don't know how someone plays on a main stage in front of 70,000+ people and makes it seem like an intimate show, but he did just that. He played 31 songs over 2 1/2 hours. 31 songs. The fireworks during Live and Let Die were probably one of the best concert moments I've ever had. Honestly, this set was so perfect, I could never see another show and it would be okay....but we know that won't happen.
Fireworks during Live and Let Die
Every year I make sure I see some of the Nashville bands play and they never disappoint. Moon Taxi, Bully and Nashville-resident Sturgill Simpson all played killer sets.
Can't leave Lolla without a Buckingham Fountain photo.
Hope you enjoy this month's playlist as much as I enjoyed hearing these songs live!
This month's playlist is full of my favorite summer tunes including two tracks from Nashville bands, Moon Taxi and Kopecky. I can't wait to see Moon Taxi at Lollapalooza in a few weeks. Turn up the volume and enjoy!
